Non-flammable. Instructions: For Flat or Smooth Surfaces: 1. Pour desired amount into a plastic container. 2. Use paintbrush to apply a liberal amount of MLO Paint & Varnish Remover in an area size up to 5'x5'. 3. Wait at least 5-10 minutes for gel to penetrate the coating. 4. Using a scraper, putty knife, or stripping pad, strip the surface in the same direction as the grain of the wood to remove the loosened coating from the surface. 5. Repeat steps as necessary for removing excessive coats or deeply ingrained stains. Once stripping is done: 1. Use warm water and stripping pad to remove all excess coating & MLO from surface. 2. Use warm water and clean towels to wash, rinse and dry surface. (Option: an alcohol rinse will enhance drying time and insure a clean and residue free surface). 3.
