Metal1-patch is a unique organic oil-based, 100% waterproof compound specially formulated for oustanding adhesion to new and rusted metal surfaces with no priming. Metal1-patch is used with Tuffglass Fabric to bridge cracks, breaks, seams and problem areas with a strong, flexible waterproof patch. Recommended for Galvanized steel, Galvalume, old pre-painted metal, tin, copper, aluminum, carbon steel and aged fiberglass. Before coating ANY surface, always do a test patch to check for compatibility, adhesion and soundness. Recommended Spreading Rate: 20 wet mils (total thickness of finished patch should be 40 wet mils Coverage: 40 square feet per gallon at 20 wet mils. Coverage rates are given in good faith by TKO Waterproof Coatings and should be used as an estimate only. Actual coverage rates will vary due to the individual nature of each application.
