A pre-coat adhesive to help bond new topcoats to old surfaces. Use on masonry, gypsum plaster, concrete, and wallboard before topping with plaster or concrete mortar. Adds extra bonding strength between substrate and new coating. Apply by brush, roller, or spray. For interior, vertical or horizontal surfaces. For exterior, vertical surfaces above grade. Tinted for easy visual confirmation of coverage. When cured, resistant to alkali attack from cement-based and masonry materials. Not for use on substrates where constant exposure to wet conditions or possible freezing may occur. For masonry, gypsum board, plaster, concrete block, wood, brick and stone masonry, metal, concrete slabs, columns, and beams, glass, stucco, marble, drywall and tile.
