Cleans the surface to be coated and acts to open wood pores for penetration and performance of SPF finishes. Formulated to remove dirt, algae and loose wood fibers from surfaces to be treated with Cabot SPF Deck and Fence Finishes. Contains mildew and mold-killing agents to thoroughly prepare wood surfaces before staining. On smooth surfaces, covers 200-400 sq. ft. per gallon; rates will vary depending upon the porosity of the surface.
