A high performance water-based bonder that has both primer and adhesive-like properties. Provides excellent adhesion even when wet. Can be used with oil-alkyd, latex, urethane, epoxy and lacquer top coats. Forms a hard film when fully cured. An ideal primer coat for wood, metals, plaster, hardboard, most plastics, fiberglass, formica, tile, porcelain, glazed block, and glass. Also can be used for priming Kynar and silicone polyester pre-coated siding. Dries to touch in about 30 to 45 minutes and will reach full hardness in 7 to 10 days depending on temperature, humidity and film thickness. Can be nib sanded after about 3 hours and lightly sanded 24 hours after application. This Water Based Bonding Primer is one of many top quality items in our Specialty Primer department.
