Porch & Floor Latex is designed to withstand foot traffic and add decorative appeal in a durable satin finish. Recommended for use on interior or exterior wood and concrete floors. Ideal for basements, porches, patios, railings and steps. May also be used on other properly prepared masonry, wood and metal surfaces. Features good resistance to abrasion, oils and washing. Not recommended for use on below grade concrete floors laid directly on damp or water-bearing surfaces. Not recommended for use on garage floors as the product may not adhere satisfactorily to the tire lane areas.
